Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Documentation Specialist Position. The Documentation Specialist ensures that documentation is accurately received and indexed in an efficient and timely manner. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Index all documents by correct document type and route documents to correct location and/or workflow
  • Be knowledgeable in the documentation requirements and product categories for which Norco provides services
  • Communicate regularly with the local store employees and customers regarding order status and needs
  • Perform follow up based off of process and policy
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Clean up and organize any and all incorrectly indexed documents daily
  • Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to accurately enter data into a computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (i.e processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, etc.)
  • Have a basic understanding of company revenue cycle and billing functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Works with a sense of urgency
