We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Cleveland-based team. The ideal candidate will support the execution of marketing initiatives, assist in project coordination, and help maintain accurate documentation across campaigns. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a marketing environment and contribute to both creative and analytical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities

• Create and update internal reports, client presentations, and promotional materials

• Support the coordination of events, product launches, and client communications

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks and deadlines

• Maintain organized files, calendars, and project documentation

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics under guidance from management

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with basic marketing principles and reporting tools is a plus
