Shift:
- Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time
What You Will Do:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
- Ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws
- Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys
- Receive customer telephone calls and acts as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping
- Process customer orders and determine status of existing orders; provide product information, including technical, operational and/or repair part information
- Provide information to and/or research problems for the Stryker sales force and/or customers, coordinating with other departments as needed
- Prepare and update general and/or product specific information
What You Need:
- Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
- Preferred:
- Call center experience
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, SalesForce
$19.58 – $32.04 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
