FASTSIGNS of Eugene (award-winning, locally owned franchise) is looking for a Customer Service Rep to be the frontline face of our business. You’ll handle walk-ins, phone/web inquiries, qualify new leads, write estimates, and keep projects moving.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers
  
  
• Respond to inbound calls & web leads
  
  
• Qualify opportunities and manage or hand off to sales
  
  
• Write estimates, track orders, and follow projects to completion
  
  
• Spot upsell opportunities & build customer relationships

• Professional experience in sales or customer service (any industry)
  
  
• Organized, persistent, thrives under pressure
  
  
• Strong listener & problem-solver — you figure things out
  
  
• Ambition to grow into outside sales, project management, or office management
