Overview
Act as the functional resource for MHE/Supply Chain It solutions implementations nationwide. Assist to oversee & analyze WM & Operations functions to achieve project objectives; ensure smooth start-up & transitions by providing leadership, training, and support as needed; to resolve issues and drive efficient processes and materials handling improvements that support business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide Leadership with External and Internal management teams regarding facility and operational improvements
- Identify Operational opportunities improved organizational efficiencies and provide/recommend innovative solutions to help achieve the business goals
- Plan work tasks and resources efficiently and cost effective
- Proactively work to reduce costs and improve productivity (continuous Improvement)
- Assist in the Development of Future Sites
- Participate in Vendor selection for Future projects
- Provide leadership direction to Operations team to identify industry trends and communicate benefits and potential risks associated with MHE investments and develop strategies to improve business performance
- Review budgetary forecasts and trends to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve overall throughput per man hour
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required (Industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, information systems, or other industry related curriculum).
- Graduate Degree Preferred (MBA, MS or equivalent curriculum).
- PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
- 8 or more years of work experience
- 5 or more years of work experience in Operations
- 4 or more years of leadership experience managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders
- Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Operational MHE solutions to achieve business results

- Physical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machine
- Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
- Critical nature of this job may require extended hours, overtime, and weekends
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
