Development and Construction Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Support Construction team to manage multiple remodel construction projects of existing franchisee or corporate owned assets across multiple brands 

• Partner and collaborate with teams to ensure adherence to the Brand-specific design and construction standards 

• Support broader team on project schedules by tracking remodel work based on defined critical path project timelines 

• Work cross functionally with key Inspire stakeholders, such as design, procurement, operations, real estate, legal, and others 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Required Minimum: Pursuing a 4-year degree (preferably in Construction Management, or other related programs of study)  

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES  

• Excellent oral and written communication skills  

• Experience and interest working in Project Management, specifically within Construction 

• Proficiency using MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint   

• Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills  

• Well-organized with high attention to detail  

• Highly motivated and a self-starter
