What You'll Do:

• Be the Heartbeat of Our Team: Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and payroll.
• Creative Problem Solver: Develop and implement HR strategies that support our facility's growth and enhance staff satisfaction.
• Employee Advocate: Act as a trusted advisor to staff and management to ensure a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, manage deductions, and assist with resolving any payroll-related concerns.
• Champion of Development: Promote continuous learning opportunities and help staff thrive in their roles.
• Make Work Fun: Plan engaging activities, team-building events, and initiatives that keep our culture lively and supportive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care. Experience with payroll processing is a must.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with care and confidentiality.
• People-Centered: A compassionate leader who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
• Adaptable: Comfortable with a flexible, ever-evolving work environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage payroll data and ensure accuracy.

Salary: 60,000-66,000 Annually
