Legal Consultant - Structured Product / Global Markets

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant with Structured Products/ Global Markets experience to join us and support our global banking client offering a collegiate and supportive environment</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide legal support on structured product business</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Draft and review agreements and documents and conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work with external counsel and international affiliates on legal matters and ad hoc projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with legal and regulatory queries related to market transactions</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualified in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction from law firm or financial institutions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 1 years PQE, with experience in Structured products, DCM, Global markets, or Derivatives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Compensation, Benefits & Working Location: </strong> </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
