<p> </p> <p>RWE Offshore Wind GmbH<br/> <br/> To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent<br/> <br/> Functional area: Engineering<br/> Remuneration: Functional</p> <p> </p> <p><br/> Your Task<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>Evaluation of current global RWE Offshore Wind systems and processes whilst identifying specific local requirements with regards to Safe Systems of Work.</li> <li>Responsible for developing a standardised RWE Offshore Wind Global Safe System of Work including minimum requirements with respect to Energised Equipment and Systems.</li> <li>Contribute to ensuring persons are safe when performing intrusive works on Energised Equipment and Systems under the control of RWE Offshore Wind.</li> <li>Development and delivery of Global Safe Systems of Work training requirements and packages to both RWE employees and external contractors as required.</li> <li>Develop and deliver any required authorisation assessments of persons who will hold roles under a Standardised Safe Systems of Work.</li> <li>Continuously develop implemented Safe Systems of Work based upon RWE Offshore Wind feedback and industry/legislative evolution. </li> <li>Actively engage with all relevant stakeholders in providing guidance to ensure understanding and compliance with Safe Systems of Work including the utilisation of auditing processes.</li> <li>Assume the role of subject matter expert with regards to relevant safety critical information and root cause analysis investigations.</li> <li>Interface with project stakeholders throughout the asset lifecycle to ensure safe by design concepts and processes are implemented in relation to safe systems of work.</li> <li>Provide insight into industry good practice, through participation in external forums, in order to provide innovative solutions to RWE Offshore with regards to Safe Systems of Work.</li> <li>Ensure standards and lessons learned are adopted within RWE Offshore Wind HSE Technical Specifications and support the Technical Due Diligence processes.</li> <li>Provide support and expertise to other RWE Offshore HSE specialists and teams including in the evaluation and implementation of new offshore renewable technologies.</li> </ul> <p><br/> Your Profile<br/>  </p> <ul> <li>University Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or a relevant discipline</li> <li>Hold or willing to work towards achieving a relevant internationally recognised qualification as a HSE professional.</li> <li>Significant experience and involvement with Safe Systems of Work with regards to Energised Equipment/Systems.</li> <li>Relevant experience and technical competence in relation to engineering assets including an in-depth knowledge of operational working routines and processes.</li> <li>Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of relevant legislation/standards.</li> <li>High level of reliability and self-initiative, accurate, analytical, persistent and thorough with the ability to set and maintain quality standards for oneself.</li> <li>Strong communication / interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior managers, colleagues and business partners and as such you will have been recognised and valued as a trusted contact and team player.<br/>  </li> </ul> <p><a href="http://www.rwe.com/karriere" target="_blank">rwe.com/career</a></p> <p>From here, you benefit from many further advantages – Curious?
