Job Description

#LikeABosch Benefits:

• Drive standardization activities and operational improvement using continuous improvement techniques
• Validate/conducts optimization & harmonization for respective process area to enhance the overall performance of processes
• Monitor and report planned actions, progress and achievements to higher-level or cross-functional teams
• Responsible for results of CIP changes
• Systematic tracking of CIP KPIs and conduction of measurements
• (Re)design processes with focus on GPLA and GS Process Landscape
• Ensure all OSP staff understand the purpose and importance of the CIP by communicating all relevant information to them
• Offer support to other colleagues regarding continuous improvement, process standardization & harmonization and related topics 
• Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures, applicable within the company; 
• Fulfils any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.

Qualifications

• At least three years experience in Financial accounting
• Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MM and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• High knowledge of CIP and LEAN tools and methodologies
• Good communication, problem solving and negotiation skills 
• The ability to analyze and synthesize, ability to make quick decisions 
• Natural ability to speak and write effectively at all organizational levels
• Ability to work in a structured and careful way
• Solution oriented and service mindset
• Team player 
• Likes to work with numbers 
• Willingness to travel 
• High affinity toward accounting and finance processes
• Language: English B2/C1; any other language can be a plus 
• Project management experience is a plus

• Flexible benefits - On top of your salary, we offer you 2700 Ron / year, via your benefits account, which can be used according to your preferences;
