About the role
Redaptive is seeking an outstanding Senior Operations and Maintenance Associate to join our team. You need to possess enthusiasm and motivation to deliver an excellent customer experience for Redaptive’s customers, vendors, and internal team. You will take the initiative to create and maintain essential relationships and be a suitable representative for our Operations & Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will excel in organizational, communicative, and project management skills and can perform in a fast-paced atmosphere.We are looking for someone who is skilled at resolving issues and has outstanding communication and interpersonal talents. You should be able and willing to take the initiative, as well as possess at least three years of operations and maintenance experience. As Senior Operations and Maintenance Associate, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance programs, attending to customer requirements during these visits, and providing great customer service. You are also expected to work with partners and internal staff to make sure that protocols are followed. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations and Maintenance.
Must be located in, or willing to relocate to the Denver Metro Area.

Job Responsibilities
- Work cooperatively with other departments to ensure optimum performance and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure timely repairs and troubleshooting of all systems.
- Manage customer maintenance escalations as required.
- Generate up-to-date reports for system performance on a regular basis.
- Provide RMA support, working with product manufacturer personnel to arrange shipping of warranty and non-warranty parts.
- Track warranty and service costs and compare to forecasts, material purchases, expenses, and other service-related transactions.
- Responsible for scheduling, tracking, and monitoring through to completion, customer service orders Work with the Finance team to prepare and submit service billings and invoices as defined by individual customer contract.
- Verify and confirm the accuracy of the monthly billing transactional documents from maintenance related work/equipment.
- Provide additional service administration support, as required.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the field with basic knowledge of maintenance services operations management
- Experience in providing direct customer support and coordinating is required.
- Experience providing support to Lighting, HVAC, power metering and renewable generation systems in Commercial and Industrial facilities a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Bill.com and Microsoft Suite highly desired.
- Independent and able to work under pressure & tight deadline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Strong customer empathy and have a passion for all things related to customer service.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency when addressing customer concerns and strive to offer an accurate and effective resolution.
- Highly organized and have a persistent approach to completing tasks.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
Permanent Authorization in the US is required at this time.

- Expected annual salary: 83k (subject to adjustment for relevant experience, skills, geo location)
