Overnight Multi-Site Security Officer - Paid Weekly!

Location: Portland, OR 

Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour

Available Schedules: 

1. Day/Swing $20 
2. Swing/Grave $21

The Multi-Site Flex Officer intends to showcase Securitas USA’s finest security officers and attempts to promote Security Officer development and training. Ideally, this officer will gain a broad and specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts. Flex security officers will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential. Strong and reliable performance will earn the Security Officer consideration for assignment to supervisory or other leadership posts. Ideally, Officers will develop career paths to further growth within the Company. 

Typical Multi-Site Officer Activities:

• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include working the site, writing post orders and training checklists and training newly assigned permanent Security Officers.
• Work special security assignments as required.
• Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during “high need” periods.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be tech savvy 
• Calm, polite, and professional behavior
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Must be adaptable to all levels of sites
• Must have strong customer service and de-escalation skills 
• Must be able to travel within the Portland Metro Area (will be reimbursed for travel above 30 miles)
