1st Shift Supervisor - FF1

 

Intro:
Responsible to support the Production Manager in specific activities, delivering and reporting results of the activities that occurred in the shifts; Provides training in the operation to production supervisors and coordinates them as well as mentor Engineers, Tests, and Technicians to meet production standards, scrap reduction, quality objectives, and customer requirements as well as current quality standards. At the same time, it ensures that department follows the standardized worksheets to the applicable production lines.

• Coordinates and assists training the group of production supervisors, teaching methods and processes to obtain good performance and ensuring knowledge of the entire line, to comply with established production plans and coordinate improvement actions
• Analyzes the production plan and process indicators, in conjunction with production supervisors, deciding on the balance of human and material resources per production line.
• To obtain the highest efficiency of the production lines at the Focus Factory level and coordinate. Drive initiatives to improve KPI(LDC,Scrap, OEE, ETC) Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

Education

• 2yr degree Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics or related field or 5-6years manufacturing experience

Experience

• 2+ years working in Manufacturing environment
• Leading and working within Cross Functional Teams 
• 5s
• six sigma
• Manufacturing quality standards
• Skills
• Microsoft Office, Power BI, Studio, Knime, 

Required language

Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree - Engineering/Technical degree related.
