Senior Manager, Innovation

Job Description

To support our incredible growth trajectory, We are seeking a dynamic, experienced media professional to join the portfolio & innovation team to lead marketing innovations across one of the biggest advertisers in the world.

• Adopting and championing a consumer-first approach, building innovation models that add utility to consumers' lives vs. interrupting them.

• Developing the innovation plan, using analytics to inform decisions, and driving execution to optimize a significant testing budget against business goals.
• Staying up-to-date with innovation and technology, and how they can play a role to drive incremental values for the P&G business.
• Design and bring to life solutions that will help address business needs for P&G brands
• Seek partners and solutions and maintaining the relationships for business opportunities Lead, manage and verify junior member(s) work to fulfill the assigned deliverables for each innovation project
• Collaborate and work with other teams (Business and Finance Operations, Media Effectiveness, Media Solutions, etc.)

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working on global brands specializing in media, innovation, advertising and/or marketing.
• Media Ocean platforms, working with 3P measurement partners and trafficking tags
• Experience in leading projects and teams both internally and externally
• Proficiency with consumer insights and media planning tools, data, and techniques. Excellent client management skills.
• Action-orientated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership of process and results.
• Manage communications with multiple stakeholders/partners for a single project.
• Relationships and experience working with innovation vendors, platforms, and tech partners.
• History of developing creative solutions to complex problems

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is 68,000 - 110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
