Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Power Platform Specialist</strong> to join our nearshore Devoteam team and work closely with <strong>Devoteam France</strong>.in energy, water, nuclear, and infrastructure projects. Candidates must be based in <strong>Portugal</strong>, as you’ll be integrated into one of our Portuguese delivery teams.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate directly with the client on both technical and business matters.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into robust Power Platform solutions.</li><li>Develop high-quality applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools.</li><li>Prepare architectural documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).</li><li>Constructively challenge requirements and suggest alternative approaches when applicable.</li><li>Apply best practices in Power Platform development and architecture.</li><li>Actively contribute to the growth of our technical capabilities within the team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a senior Power Platform developer or architect.</li><li>Strong skills in solution design, development, and Power Platform architecture.</li><li>Experience creating clear and structured documentation (HLD/LLD).</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with both technical and business profiles.</li><li>Consultative mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (e.g. PL-400, PL-600).</li><li>Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and custom connectors.</li><li>Exposure to Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Azure Functions).</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
