DCP Product Management Lead:
Shape how we design, deliver and deploy our integrated informatics solutions to a market segment where technology is bringing high impact to the improvement of people’s lives. With our solutions, we target diversified segments within the healthcare industry – e.g., national, regional and enterprise networked hospitals, primary care facilities, specialized clinics, radiology and cardiology centers.
Your role:
Drive value proposition and business model innovation for our Digital Pathology business.
Lead a global team of highly talented product managers. Act as their coach and manage their careers actively. You and your team will work in close collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, ranging from other product managers, cloud hosting & operations specialists, R&D architects, business development, portfolio marketing, and solution delivery experts.
Own the portfolio and value propositions for Digital Pathology (i.e., customer needs, commercial requirements, offer design, pricing, life-cycle management etc.) and its continuous enhancement driven by global and local market needs.
Build a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria by working together with customers, colleagues across global markets, and industry partners.
Own the performance management of the Digital Pathology portfolio and drive the roadmap (backlog) execution on a day-to-day basis by working together with a wide range of colleagues (e.g., Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, Product Management).
Own, define and shape the strategy, portfolio and GTM strategy by teaming-up with key stakeholders in the business.
Team up with Market Services and Solution delivery leaders for portfolio feedback, performance management, services market introductions and solution delivery readiness
Work with relevant other businesses across Philips to identify new value creation opportunities and joint Go-to-Market plans.
Act as a though leader and industry spokesperson within and outside of Philips for Digital Pathology related topics – e.g., customer education, training of colleagues, represent us on relevant tradeshows.
You're the right fit if:
You've got a master’s degree and preferably augmented with an MBA.
You have at least 8+ years product management and/or marketing work experience in high tech industry, with proven customer facing experience (typically Radiologists and C-suite).
You have experience in driving thought leadership and inspiring sales / marketing organizations. Proven track record of driving innovation and influencing skills in a global matrix organization.
Results oriented, problem-solving skills and business acumen, familiar with continuous improvement techniques or processes.
You've got a strong clinical understanding and experience in the Medical Software domain.
This position requires an innovation mindset, commercial orientation, thought leadership, strong influencing skills, high judgment, and an ability to balance customer experience with financial impact.
