Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Affiliate Marketing to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the expansion of our affiliate marketing program, engaging with passionate plant-based advocates to amplify Purple Carrot's mission. Your primary objective will be to drive customer acquisition by cultivating partnerships and leveraging affiliate networks, ultimately promoting healthier, planet-conscious eating choices. Location

• Purple Carrot HQ is in Needham, MA and prefers local candidates to work in a hybrid model. Alternative location is in the Chicago area, which is close to one of our partner sites.

On the Plate

• Support our affiliate marketing program from start to finish: creating campaigns, optimizing affiliate channels, and reporting on results.
• Recruit new partner opportunities to launch and test innovative traditional and non-traditional affiliate campaigns with strategies that align with brand business plans.
• Prepare detailed reports, tracking progress (by partner and campaigns), analyze results, identify and troubleshoot issues
• Build our inaugural Purple Carrot Community program, utilizing plant-based influencers and customers to drive top of funnel awareness for the brand and drive new customers
• Tap into Press relationships to drive forward PR-style Affiliates
• Own affiliate forecasting and create plans to grow channel contribution over time.
• Plan and troubleshoot technology/analytics integrations with affiliate management platform, direct integrations with new networks, and manage reporting integrations with internal partners
• Stay on top of emerging affiliate marketing industry trends to evaluate new management approaches, publisher models, or technologies that can help the business grow and keep us one step ahead of competitors

Main Ingredients for the Role

• 4-6+ years of experience in DTC or ecommerce-based affiliate marketing.
• Experience in the food, DTC or plant-based industry is a plus.
• Experience building/managing affiliate marketing programs using Impact Radius or another Affiliate technology.
• Experience and connections with Press a must.
• Advanced proficiency in tracking links, pixels, and affiliate marketing measurement.
• Experience with attribution reporting preferred.
• Familiarity with subscription model businesses.
