Senior PSU Engineer

Join us at Nokia and be a part of a dynamic team that is driving innovation in the industry.<br/><br/> </p> <p>As part of our team, you will:</p><ul><li>Participate technical projects against agreed program targets that contribute to efficiency and improvement in systems, processes and tools in functional, region or local operation.</li><li>Support project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue, project assets, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Interface with key stakeholders at business areas or cross functions.</li><li>Run verification/new design/end of life component testing</li><li>Create testing reports</li><li>Keep Jira reports up-to date.</li><li>Support project communication</li><li>Support subcontractor management.</li><li>Support in implementing project quality plan by tracking and monitoring-related activities.</li><li>Support product change evaluation together with other stakeholders</li></ul> <p>You have:</p><ul><li>Strong experience of the requirements for Power supplies and related equipment</li><li>Good understanding of electronics and embedded control systems</li><li>Knowledge of electrical regulations and country standards</li><li>Good understanding of telecom industry power supply technology</li><li>Capability to learn how end users are using our products and replicate similar configurations in our lab</li><li>Capability to learn end-to-end communication system SW environment for multi-vendor interoperability verification</li><li>Basic mechanical engineering understanding</li><li>Battery equipment / regulation and standards knowledge</li><li>Product data management tool (like Enovia) responsibility for the product structure</li><li>Understanding of customer documentation maintaining</li><li>Ability to cooperate with different interest groups</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a group</li></ul><p>If you see that you're a match for this position, please apply by 18 December 2024.
