We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the strategic transformation of our cash posting and reconciliation functions.
This experienced leader will oversee day-to-day operations, set strategy, and drive efficiency across all cash-related processes. In addition this leader will oversee implementation of new technology, and drive organizational strategies to streamline revenue cycle processes.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across finance and revenue cycle operations, where success will directly improve our cash flow performance and overall financial health.

This role can work remotely- Denver, Colorado is preferred. 10%-25% travel.
What will you do? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee all cash posting, reconciliation, and related processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Define and execute strategies to streamline cash operations, improve automation, and reduce processing delays
- Lead the design, selection, and implementation of a new cash posting tool, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
- Champion adoption of new technologies and processes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with accounting, IT, and finance leaders to ensure alignment and smooth cash flow management.
- Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team that operates with accuracy, accountability, and a customer service mindset
- Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with key partners
