Job Description

In this role, you will lead our restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch service, culinary excellence, and an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of restaurant management, a commitment to delivering exceptional service, and the ability to elevate our culinary offerings. 

• Lead a team of restaurant managers and team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the highest quality of ingredients and services.
• Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills with all stakeholders and be a warm, welcoming, and recognizable presence within the local community.  
• A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens.
• Be curious about the latest in food and beverage styling and design and be aware of competitor offerings in the local market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior restaurant management role, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, culinary trends, and hospitality best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and implement effective strategies.
