Description of Duties:

The Junior Client Support Administrator (Jr CSA) supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:

·       Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users.

·       Provide in person and Phone Support to MDA End user troubleshooting Computers, Printers, Software, Operating Systems, and Office Products.

·       Install Hardware at End Users offices (Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, etc).

·       Maintain professional behavior and dress.

·       Contribute to large scale Projects and Events.

The successful candidate will:

·       Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is a Customer facing position and the position requires some travel.

Basic Requirements:

Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 1 year of general experience; Associate’s degree, or higher, and 0 years of general experience

·       Must have 2 years of related experience in relevant business systems, operating systems, and servers and/or experience in light programming, project management of small initiatives, and troubleshooting

·       Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs

·       Must be able to move freely around a large facility, perform under desk work, as well as other physical aspects of the position

·       Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g. Security+, Systems Security Certified Practitioner)

·       Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:

·       Have Customer Service and DoD experience

This position is expected to pay $55,000 - $80,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
