Position
As an Finance Administrator you ensure collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting financial data for the purpose of directing the organization. The Finance Administrator for several assigned legal companies and supports these according to local legislations.
Purpose
Ensure an accurate, timely, complete, and effective financial administration.
Key responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Process purchase invoices.
- Prepare weekly payment runs.
- Prepare journal entries for bank transactions.
- Maintain accounts payable subledger.
- Maintain supplier master data.
- Maintain implementation of authorization matrix
- Monitor compliance with authorization matrix
- Optimize use of purchase to pay (P2P) tools.
- Prepare balance sheet specifications for assigned accounts.
- Participate in assigned financial improvement projects and other initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by manager or supervisor.
Your qualifications
- Intermediate Vocational Education (Business Administration, Business Economics, Accounting, Controlling) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in using accounting software, Twinfield experience will be a plus.
- Advance Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English is required.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills and able to communicate well in a multinational working environment.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized individual with analytical mind
- Responsible, independent, self-motivated, able to handle tight timeline with strong problem-solving skills.

Our selection process
