What you get to do:
As a Supervisor, Warehouse, you’ll supervise one or more storage venues with a focus on exceeding service, safety and quality expectations. You will be responsible for generating significant revenue volume while also fostering a positive atmosphere and ensuring the highest level of Ambassador performance and guest service. You will:

  • Enforce and comply with safety procedures and guidelines
  • Supervise labor allocation
  • Manage Ambassador performance
  • Provide training, feedback, and performance recommendations
  • Manage inventory and orders from on-site warehouse
  • Support leadership in ensuring opening and closing procedures are executed properly
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, including overrides, voids, bank issuance, etc.
  • Deliver training to ensure team is prepared to respond to emergency situations
  • Model and empower a culture of proactive, excellent service
  • Practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment, lifting, and reporting of unsafe situations
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What it takes to succeed:

  • A minimum of six months of directly-related leadership experience
  • Previous theme park experience preferred
  • Exceptional math and communication skills
  • Bilingual Spanish abilities a plus
  • Ability to influence others to accomplish goals
  • Demonstrated initiative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and outgoing presence
  • Ability to thrive and maintain composure in high-stress conditions
  • Scheduling flexibility, including shifts up to 12 hours
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to complete all legal, company, and department training requirements

Availability

  • Work a flexible schedule/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation: 18.50 USD Hour
