The Role 

Flock Safety is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations.  This role will be responsible for cross functional projects to ensure that Flock is achieving its growth, margin and cash-burn objectives and providing the right shared services to unlock leverage and efficiency.  This scope spans both near-term operations and long-term investments.  

The ideal candidate is familiar with business operations and has demonstrated excellent leadership skills. They have an analytical mind, outstanding cross functional skills, and ideally has experience with process improvement. Ultimately, a top-notch Senior Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Partner with the cross-functional leadership to identify opportunities for growth or efficiencies and see those projects through to completion
• Present findings, projections and recommended actions.
• Plan, implement and manage key recommendations and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the status of key projects.
• Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes.

We’re looking for people who:

• Four year undergraduate degree, MBA strongly preferred
• 7+ years in management consulting, technology, startup or a related field
• Proficient in analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), SQL preferred but not required (will be required upon employment)
• Outstanding project management and communication (written, verbal) skills
• Experience navigating new challenges in a high-growth company
