• Preparation of detailed budget, forecasts and actual report.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc)
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts both for revenues and costs
• Track and provide cause of changes narrative for financials variance (actual vs plan, plan vs forecast ect)
• Analyzing actuals and propose for accounting adjustment when needed
• Collection society content report audit
• Local Original production Company audit
