This position is in support of</span><span> </span><span>the </span><span>USAEUR Mission Partner </span><span>GSD</span><span> </span><span>located</span><span> in</span><span> </span></span><span><span>Wiesbaden, Germany</span></span><span><span>.  </span></span><i><span>This position is </span><span>located OCONUS.</span></i><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Performs A/V administration activities that span across enterprise IT communication services</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops and cultivates a culture in which A/V administrators deliver high-quality customer service related to resolving A/V incidents and issues, including research and troubleshooting</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Designs, implements, and </span><span>maintains</span><span> video conferencing infrastructure, video conference endpoint, applications configurations, and video collaboration applications</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides experience with maintenance, repair, and installation of </span><span>Thinklogical</span><span> matrix switches, transmitters, and receivers</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provides A/V warranty support services, including preventative maintenance checks, telephone and on-site incident support, </span><span>component</span><span> repair and replacement, and installation, configuration, and integration of A/V systems</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops and </span><span>maintains</span><span> a preventative maintenance plan, coordinates on-site maintenance, and provides training</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develops and provides the Government with an incident response plan that restores operational status within the agreed SLAs</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Maintains Common Operating Pictures (COPs) and Common Intelligence Pictures (CIPs) across different security domains, ensuring consistency and accuracy in data depiction</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages COP and CIP applications at watch stations, including manipulation, monitoring, and troubleshooting</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Coordinates with other operations centers, COP managers, Watch Officers, Battle Officers, and NCOs to </span><span>maintain</span><span> a full understanding of current and planned operations and tasks</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages COPs for USAREUR-AF exercises</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Mentors other A/V administrators</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>May supervise other</span><span>s</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u><span> </span></b></p><p><i><span>Required:</span></i><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Currently hold </span><span>an adjudicated</span><span> </span><span>Secret Clearance </span><span>with </span><span>the ability to maintain</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>BA/BS +</span><span>8</span><span>-12</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Certification </span><span>–</span></span><span><span> 8140</span><span> -
