Business Data Senior Analyst (12 Months Maternity Cover)

Summary:

In this role you will be part of the Business Analytics Office team, focused on supporting data & business analytics, planning, reporting and CRM tracking activities. This role will be key to support all those initiatives that contribute to Hospitality business unit overall growth and success. This role integrates within Business Management Team to support Media & Distribution business units in the pursuit of their business objectives. This is a 12 + months maternity cover.

In this role you will:

• Perform regular data quality checks and ensure high data quality in Qliksense.
• Developing further features of Qliksense and working on increasing efficiency, new dashboards and visualizations, while working on constant improvements and simplification.
• Providing regular trainings to broad audience.  Interpreting analytics and data for stakeholder’s understanding.
• Data Servicing of internal & external customers: Migration & maintenance of external big data platform, setting up N-Printing for main data feeds and tailored applications.
  Creation of tailored reports and customer applications for external stakeholders.
• Support for top management: actively supporting senior Media & Distribution management in executing global strategy related to implementing new product lines, new market entries, sales, competitor analysis, business cases and similar.
• Operations & Data management: Produce and distribute internal monthly Executive updates in an accurate and timely manner.  

 About the ideal candidate:

• 3-4 years of Data Analytics experience
• Qliksense, Power BI and Tableau experience both from designer and active user perspective.
• Previous exposure to GDS, CRS and Travel distribution considered a plus.
• R & SQL experience appreciated.
• Data analytics executive type role in a fast-paced environment.
