Senior Lead Designer

POSITION SUMMARY

We also create and deliver content across channels to drive unique brand experiences while amplifying marketing ecosystem efficiency. We are currently seeking talented UX/UI Designers to service our clients’ needs across the United States. The ideal candidate will be eager and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished. 

  

We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering user interfaces and experiences for our web and mobile applications, while mentoring team members to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, be able to work independently, and have experience working in an Agile development environment. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand user needs and design solutions that meet business objectives 
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas 
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback 
• Create polished UI designs that are visually appealing, easy to use, and consistent with established design patterns and guidelines 
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently 
• Continuously seek out and incorporate user feedback to improve the user experience

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field 
• 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design 
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, including user-centered design principles, typography, color theory, and visual design 
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar 
• Experience designing for web and mobile applications 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
