What You Will Do:
The Senior Communications Consultant will develop comprehensive communications strategies, plans, and initiatives to enhance workforce messaging and sustain organizational momentum for large scale transformation efforts

  • Integrating communications-focused perspectives into strategic and organizational planning efforts

  • Working across internal and and external organizational boundaries and mission partner organizations to achieve joint outcomes

  • Develop and execute communications plans using a variety of written and visual products

  • Support large scale and complex change management efforts with effective communications across a number of mediums with a specific emphasis on messaging to a global organization and senior executive leaders

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • THREE (3) years of relevant experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with the Department of State or similar foreign relations focused industry, government, or non-profit organizations

  • Experience with facilitation and workshop development and execution
