For innovating sustainable, safe and fascinating solutions for the mobility of tomorrow.</p><ul><li>Your tasks will include the design, partitioning and implementation of mixed-signal SoC ASICs with uC architectures from requirements development through concept generation, RTL implementation and verification to digital layout.</li><li>In doing so, you will implement state-of-the-art design-for-test techniques and leverage IP blocks available on the market in collaboration with external and internal service providers.</li><li>Furthermore, you will manage the entire implementation from concept to sign-off verification with the support of the external service providers as well as the relevant internal stakeholders.</li><li>In addition, you will perform HDL checks (LINT, consistency, CDC), create floorplanning for RF components, create hardmacro designs and integrate them in higher hierarchies.</li><li>You are also responsible for sign-off verification (STA, EM, IR drop, EC, gate-level simulation).</li><li>Last but not least, also the coordination of international and national cooperation of many sites is part of your daily business.</li></ul><p>This vacancy can be filled in Dresden as well as in Reutlingen.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD), in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable subject</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>many years of professional experience (&gt; 7 y.) in the areas of digital ASIC design (RTL to GDS), IP integration, digital layout integration, digital on top, UPF and verification as well as DfT; experience with firmware and in the automotive environment; knowledge of Functional Safety ISO26262</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>independent, reliable, team-oriented, assertive, structured, organized, goal-oriented</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>business fluent German and English, written and spoken</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
