Your Role: 

Be an integral part of MilliporeSigma's Life Sciences ERP Quality & Regulatory stream which is developing and depoying the new Life Science future ERP. You will be responsible for quality process analysis and design and collaborate with peers & stakeholders to understand existing business processes & analyze end-to-end workflows. You will also idify pain points and areas for improvement, streamlined design, efficient, and scalable processes that align with business objectives and ERP capabilities.

 

Requirements Gathering and Mapping:

• Elicit business requirements from various departments & Translate business needs into functional specifications for ERP configuration which IT has to implement
• Map business processes to ERP modules and functionalities
• Solution Architecture and Design:
• Work closely with solution architects (IT) and external program partners to design ERP solutions.
• Ensure that the ERP system meets business requirements.
• Consider scalability, integration, and data flow within the ERP landscape.
• Data Migration and Integration:
• Collaborate with data migration leads to ensure seamless data transfer.
• Integrate ERP with other systems (e.g., LIMS, MDG, etc).
• Apply data governance frameworks for ERP and ensure compliance with regulations

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Familiarity with ERP Quality management modules
• At least 2 years of experience with ERP Project Deployment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management skills. Experience in managing deadlines and project timelines. Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or ITIL are advantageous. 
• Proven track record in business process analysis and ERP implementations
