2025 Business Affiliates Intern

Job Summary:

As the Business Affiliates Intern, you will support the retail and real estate affiliate businesses in the completion of a variety of projects including assist in the support of revenue growth for our affiliates; help streamline and refine processes and procedures; assist in a local downtown real estate projects and develop business plans for future business opportunities.

Degree, Major, Field of Study, Course Requirements (if applicable):

• Applicants must:

• Be enrolled in a full time Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or
• Have a declared field of study and enrolled full-time in an Associate’s degree program, or equivalency to full-time enrollment when attending a trade school or certification program; or
• Have recently graduated with a degree or certification from these programs within the last six months.
• Applicants should be seeking a degree or certification in business or a related field.

Requirements

• PC Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• PC Proficiency in programs within the Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) a plus
• Proficiency in social media platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.
• Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
