As a Data Group Manager within PNC's Enterprise Data Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Birmingham, AL or Dallas, TX.Responsibilities include:
a. Lead data quality strategy in conjunction with Sector Data Officers/LOBs and Technology
b. Lead the selection and implementation of data quality tools and build capabilities for stakeholders
c. Lead build out of data quality for key enterprise initiatives
d. Lead and manage DQ team and resources
Candidates must have:
a. Experience managing teams and people
b. Experience leading a strategy direction for a given effort
c. Good blend of technology and business skills
d. Demonstrated partnership with technology
e. Verbal and written communication skills
Job Description
- Manages all aspects of organizational data; establishes and maintains policies and procedures for planning, designing and maintaining an information bank to ensure that data services are delivered in a high-quality and profitable manner.
- Provides senior leadership, direction and methodology for analysis, structure and storage of critical organizational data.
- Oversees the integrity, infrastructure, maintenance, and extraction of organizational data.
- Assists in the development of major organizational activities and goals to ensure important data needs are anticipated, and met.
- Reviews and recommends policies and procedures for collecting and managing organization data.
