Pay Range:
$38.20 - $57.30ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a collegial work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building.
- Provides leadership to staff to ensure short and long-term goals are met by developing standards of performance and capitalizing on employee strengths.
- Provide leadership and supervision through coaching, counseling, developing standards of service, ensuring training and education, maintenance of competencies and conducting employee performance reviews.
- Ensures care is delivered with respect for patient's rights and preferences. Maintainsprivacy, confidentiality, and security for patients and staff. Ensures age/developmentally appropriate patient care is provided in accordance with Age-Specific Care Guidelines for the specific age groups served.
