Administrative Director – Oncology Service Line - NYP/Columbia Irving Medical Center
The Oncology Service Line at NewYork-Presbyterian provides best-in-class care for cancer patients. In partnership with our physicians at Columbia Medical College, we are at the forefront of the latest cancer treatments, clinical trials and therapeutic breakthroughs. Central to our service line mission is to provide unparalleled cancer care for our patients and to improve the health of our communities with a particular focus on healthcare disparities.
Step into this role as one of the healthcare executives leading the Oncology service line at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia Irving Medical Center. In this sphere-based role, the administrative director works collaboratively with high profile physicians and senior hospital leadership to provide the strategic direction for cancer care particularly as it relates to our goal of NCI designation. The Administrative Director plays a vital role in recruitment and program development, strategic and financial planning, operations (infusion, radiation oncology, and ambulatory care), regionalization of care and physician engagement. The Director will lead within a highly matrixed organization and interface with the corporate leadership within IT, finance, marketing/communications, analytics, and strategy.

Preferred Criteria
- Clinical background (i.e RN, NP, PA)
- Prior experience in assigned area
Required Criteria
- Master’s Degree in related field (MBA/MPH/MPA etc)
- A minimum of eight years’ managerial experience in healthcare administration
- Demonstrated leadership experience driving strategic and business planning, financial and operational performance
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills with a proven track record of collaborative and consensus building

Salary Range:
