This role will be the third attorney on the team, and you’ll play a key part in keeping us compliant, negotiating game-changing contracts, and guiding us through the legal landscape with confidence and skill. What You’ll Do (Your Key Responsibilities)

Contract Management:
Take primary responsibility for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to purchase orders, vendor agreements, SaaS customer contracts, and partnership agreements across all jurisdictions where the company operates.
Ensure that all contracts—domestic and international—appropriately reflect business objectives, manage risk, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the go-to legal expert on contractual matters globally, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure consistency and efficiency in contract processes.
Spot risks and opportunities in contractual agreements with energy and a forward-thinking approach.
Compliance Leadership:
Help develop and implement compliance programs to ensure we’re always playing by the rules—domestically and internationally—with a focus on providing excellent service.
Keep your finger on the pulse of legal developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, taking full ownership of your role.
Corporate Governance:
Manage corporate entities in the U.S. and abroad, ensuring we’re always in good standing through thoughtful and people-centered processes.
Oversee business registrations to ensure smooth operations wherever we do business, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Regulatory Oversight:
Take charge of all regulatory filings in the U.S. and foreign countries, maintaining compliance and protecting our good standing with a commitment to service.
Collaborative Legal Support:
Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to provide practical legal guidance that drives business forward while supporting a people-first culture.
Be a resource for training and advice on legal and compliance matters, serving the team with humility and expertise.
Risk Mitigation:
Partner with senior leadership to identify and address potential legal risks, showing a sense of ownership and responsibility.
Assist in resolving disputes and manage external counsel when needed, approaching challenges with energy and optimism.

What We’re Looking For (Your Qualifications)

Experience & Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school and a license to practice law in the U.S., reflecting a commitment to ownership and excellence.
1-5 years of legal experience (law firm or in-house), with a focus on contracts, corporate law, and compliance, bringing energy and a passion for growth.
Attorneys with a law degree from Mexico and an LLM from a U.S. law school are highly encouraged to apply.

Spanish/English bilingual is a bonus.
