Position Overview:
Frasco, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist for a 90-day assignment. This role involves clerical duties necessary to complete full-cycle accounts payable on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and has experience in AP processing.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
- Verify and reconcile statements and transactions
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping for AP processing
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Environment:
- The role requires in-office work for the first month for training and onboarding
- Flexible work arrangements may be available thereafter
