The Talent Acquisition Lead (f/m/d)  role is pivotal in ensuring we attract and sign the best talent in the market whilst providing a first class service to our internal customers (Hiring Managers).

In this role you will: 

• Be the strategic partner and service provider for your hiring managers and enable the best talent attraction for the business
• Develop and implement employer branding campaigns in line with the EVP to generate awareness of wefox with strong talent pools
• Manage agency PSL (preferred supplier list), agreeing terms and using agencies to engage on hires as/when required
• Ensure hiring targets are delivered within timelines, at a high quality and with cost efficiency
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates by providing a superior candidate experience 
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified future talent by bringing thorough knowledge of the talent market
• Find new creative ways to source the best talent
• Take ownership of your projects and drive a full cycle talent acquisition
• Run group level projects outside of local Talent Acquisition requirements to support global TA efforts such as the TA integration of acquired companies 
• Maintain strong relationships with senior level internal stakeholders, providing regular reporting as required
• Manage a team (as required) including performance management to be able to deliver the hiring needs of the business
• Communicate and enforce organisational values & influence the company culture

What you bring:

• You have at least 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally in a start-up environment
• Ideally you have first leadership experiences 
• Persuasive can-do mentality to identify, engage and activate the best talent from around the world
• Successful collaboration with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ensure a productive and fun work environment
• Strategic mindset to create and maintain pipelines and sustainable communication plans
• Excellent communications skills and fluency in both German and English
