In Global Talent Acquisition team we are responsible for finding best talents to join our company. The team is divided into two teams working from Cracow and Toronto offices. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you will source candidates for technical roles and will support our talent search process from identifying needs and requirements to developing & implementing sourcing strategy. Working with a global team of Talent Acquisition Partners, you will ensure we are hiring the best possible talent and develop a talent pipeline that allows you to respond quickly to changing business requirements. 

 

Join us, source, qualify top talent for our OANDA Poland offices and:

• Engage and evaluate technical candidates; 
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and associated candidate follow up to support a strong candidate experience; 
• Build out talent networks in the technology sector and share an ongoing pool of candidates with the Team; 
• Be a strong brand ambassador of the company by passionately articulating OANDA’s story and culture ensuring candidates have a clear understanding of EVP (Employee Value Proposition); 
• Partner the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to help with optimizing sourcing efforts and improve recruitment processes;

We work in a hybrid model - We'd love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) twice a week with respect to your own commitments.

 

By the end of 3 months you will: 

• Conduct your own sourcing projects;
• Be a lead support for Talent Partners within souring area;
• Work on recruitment processes improvements;

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of commercial experience in talent sourcing for technical roles; 
• An analytical mind able to use the newest AI sourcing methods and web extensions; 
• An independent, self-directed individual who is willing to develop, execute and deliver on an assigned strategy; 
• Fluent English and Polish speaker

 

Following qualifications are beneficial:

• Computer Science background
