Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $110,500.00  to $184,100.00.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Grainger, you’ll be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining full-stack applications, with an emphasis on backend development and integration of machine learning models into our systems. You will play a critical role in the development, and deployment of backend services and/or frontend applications, ensuring our applications are scalable, reliable, and capable of integrating with advanced ML models. You are a thoughtful observer who enjoys working with a team in investigating business problems and building full stack solutions that address them. You are an avid and patient communicator.
