Project/Task Manager - Project Manager | Secret Clearance

HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project. Supervises at least 15 employees
● Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
● Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
● May perform high level technical services on assigned task(s)
● Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
● Manages risk tracking process
● Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
● Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
● Coordinates development of deliverables and products
● Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
● Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: Practical knowledge and skills in; the application of a wide range of analytical and management techniques, especially Instructional Systems Design procedures and the application of education and training principles. Broad understanding of current technical issues and training system design and development trends and knowledge of learning theory and the principles, methods, practices and techniques of one or more specialties of the instructional systems field. A minimum of 3-5 years of specialized experience in managing instructional systems analysis, design and development projects preferably for military related requirements.
