Senior Manager, Finance – Last Mile Delivery

Position Summary...

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Manager, Finance, to join our Last Mile Delivery team. As a Senior Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make an impact by partnering cross-functionally to identify, quantify, test, and scale high visibility eCommerce initiatives impacting millions of customers. Additionally, you will transform the way we work as a Finance organization by building, and democratizing, next-gen analytics and business intelligence capabilities to support a data-driven decision-making culture.

About the Team
Our Last Mile Delivery Finance Team performs an important role in supporting finance forecasting, strategy, and decision support for our Walmart US eCommerce home delivery business on customer orders made online or from the app. Reporting to the Director of Last Mile Delivery Finance, you'll help redefine how Finance supports our delivery business in achieving near-term and long-term goals. You'll work side-by-side with leadership across the U.S. Supply Chain and Logistics organization in developing efficient business processes and be visible to executive leadership within the Walmart U.S. Division

What you'll do...

• Develop Actionable Insights - Data -> insight -> foresight – applying a structured approach to solving business problems, identifying geographic opportunities, assessing upside potential and taking actions to achieve it
• Advise Leadership – supporting priorities, top-of-mind, helping connect the dots and providing a forward-looking lens for the business
• Enable Strategic Initiatives – offering thought leadership and support for cross-functional initiatives – facilitating collaboration and alignment to accelerate growth
• Strengthen the Strategy – equipping yourself with business knowledge and industry insights, then translating them both to build a better strategy
• Forecasting, Planning and Analytics – supporting the financial forecasting & planning and strategic process to chart the path to profitable growth
• Seek Opportunities – Proactively seek out opportunities to propel the business forward and prepare for the next generation of team services and experiences

What you'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Analytics, Planning, Business Management, or related areas.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
• Comfort with ambiguity.
