About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
The Logistics Advisor will work with in-country Supply Chain team members, affiliate management and staff, other operations personnel, project management, and others to identify requirements and to support the necessary facilities and services such as, field accommodations, shore bases, marine services, ground transportation, and aviation support needed for Upstream operations and other users of Logistics services. Depending on the location and the level of existing infrastructure, other activities may include catering, security, health services, emergency medical evacuation, or other related activities. The position will be responsible for all aspects of Logistics including planning for new operations, decommissioning, advising regarding existing operations, and improvement and promotion of the Logistics Best Practices.
The Logistics Advisor will be based in Houston, but will may assist globally with new developments as well as existing operations. The work may require some travel in order to effectively execute the role. Prior experience with a strong operational background is important to achieving overall success. The Logistics Advisor is a critical position within Supply Chain and requires strong logistics, operations, and/or maintenance experience.

- Development of operations Logistics design philosophies
- Development of project-specific Logistics specifications
- Input to Logistics Operations procedures, staffing, and efficiency initiatives
- Operations representative on key acquisition strategies associated with Logistics
- Assist with planning for new activity as needed regarding Logistics Operations and Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input into Logistics planning with execution for assigned region(s)
- Engagement and management of third party vendors
- Assist assigned region(s) in development and management of key performance indicators, spend, and other efficiencies
