If you have this type of passion, we invite you to apply for this job.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Axiado software team is seeking a Staff / Sr Staff Software Engineer who is an expert in Linux kernel driver development focused on Display. In this position, job seeker will directly influence the architecture, design, implementation, and delivery of Axiado’s flagship AI driven security solutions. The position is also responsible for owning specific features and providing cross-functional technical leadership to take such features from concept to delivery. </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>8 – 16 years of overall software development experience </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>5+ Experience in embedded Linux kernel development  </p></li><li><p>Understanding of GPU and Display modules Kernel device drivers and good knowledge of the Related OS Frameworks </p></li><li><p>Must have deep hands-on expertise in Display system modules, Graphics software and Graphics processing unit. </p></li><li><p>Excellent understanding of the GPU and Display software for Linux video subsystem integration  </p></li><li><p>Excellent C coding skills and debugging skills in Kernel and user space. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong Computer architecture and Operating system fundamentals </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ARM architecture </p></li></ul><p>Ways to stand out from the crowd:  </p><ul><li><p>Good understanding of GPU and Display software stack interaction with hardware layer </p></li><li><p>Hands on experience with PCIe Graphics adapter card software development. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Hands on experience with FPGA, chip bring-up or board bring-up </p></li><li><p>Understanding of the Graphics APIs (openGL..etc) and their translation to HW Operations </p></li><li><p>Good understanding of GPU Rendering, benchmarking, performance, Power optimization </p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Khronos Graphics APIs OpenGL, Wayland display server and related Software stack </p></li><li><p>Experience with PCIe drivers, memory / DMA controllers’, Interrupt controllers. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Basic understanding of hardware IP architecture, development, and verification  </p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Axiado is committed to attracting, developing, and retaining the highest caliber talent in a diverse and multifaceted environment.
