Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a strategic marketing plan for the agency. Through collaboration with agency leadership, the marketing manager will position agency centers to attract potential clients and retain existing ones using effective marketing tactics. The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFOO). The Marketing Manager is an instrumental member of the agency’s marketing, sales, and support team, so the agency is the first choice for providing solutions to systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Develop and maintain a robust brand strategy that aligns with the Agency’s vision and market positioning.
- Establish short and long-range marketing goals, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and select strategies to achieve these goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to meet Agency goals with goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategies.
- Lead the creation of marketing campaigns from concept to execution, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration while ensuring alignment with the brand's visual and strategic direction.
- Continuously refine buyer personas, identify target audiences, and establish positioning.
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns.
Brand Management:
- Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to in all marketing efforts.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
Market Analysis and Solution Development:
- Understand the Agency’s product and service offerings and the approach of key competitors.
- Communicate product and service differentiation to the sales team and provide input to leadership.
- Interface with the Innovations Team on solution development, ensuring alignment with market needs.
- Strategically guide new product and service roadmaps in collaboration with the Innovations Team.
Visual Design Leadership:
- Oversee the visual aspects of all marketing materials, including digital content, print media, advertising, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content that enhances brand identity and appeals to target audiences.
- Create visually compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Master storytelling techniques to craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences, highlighting the agency's impact on educational outcomes.
- Write compelling copy for different collateral types and audiences that attract target personas and convert leads to customers.
- Manage and refine the agency’s digital presence, including web and social media.
- Manage the production of video content, infographics, and other multimedia materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and ethical guidelines, particularly those unique to the educational sector.
- Develop and showcase client success stories to demonstrate the agency’s impact, using these narratives to attract new clients and build credibility in the market.
Project Management:
- Manage projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
- Create and manage a calendar of events such as webinars, conferences, and thought leadership contributions.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms, extracting key insights to inform strategic decisions, future campaign development, go-to-market strategies, and personalization of marketing efforts, thereby increasing engagement and ROI.
- Conduct market research, provide analysis, and establish data management and tracking systems to improve the agency’s marketing efforts.
- Present deliverables to internal teams and communicate with chief officers about marketing programs and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for visual content and marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
- Develop, collaborate, and proactively monitor the Agency’s marketing budget with the finance department and make adjustments as necessary to allocate resources effectively and maximize ROI.
- Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
