Key Tasks Project Management & Coordination 

• You manage and coordinate international projects within the Frequentis environment. 
• You ensure projects are delivered on time and within the allocated budget. Resource Management 
• You plan and allocate resources across projects.

Standards & Processes 

• You ensure compliance with uniform standards and agreements across the MCX units. 
• You develop best practices and establish efficient workflows. 

Software Delivery & Compliance 

• You design and maintain a smooth software delivery process—especially for components from our Spanish partner Nemergent. 
• You build a modern, automated software delivery pipeline based on Kubernetes/OpenShift. 
• You ensure that, by 2028, a high number of system updates are carried out together with product development, guaranteeing system security. 
• You focus on cyber resilience and compliance with legal requirements such as NIS-2 and mobile network operator regulations.

Competitiveness & Optimization

• You develop strategies to strengthen competitiveness in the MCX environment. 
• You analyze and optimize existing processes in project and operational contexts.
• You develop best practices and establish efficient workflows.
