Poject Director role

Are you ready to make a big impact? As a Director in GBS Project Services, you'll lead complex global initiatives that transform how we deliver services and run operations. You'll use your knowledge of the industry and market trends to deliver initiatives that offer lasting benefits for our business customers. 

In this role, you’ll work closely with our teams and top executives, offering advice on transformation and operations strategies while supporting the design and roll-out of complex programs. Yes, challenges will come your way, but with your skills and expertise, you'll be at the forefront of driving change, finding solutions, and delivering outcomes. 

What you will do: 

·       Lead Global Initiatives: Set the strategic direction for projects, aligning them with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Coordinate and run projects of various complexities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Define and implement project governance to ensure alignment and accountability.

·       Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a dynamic culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the consulting team to elevate service offerings and boost client satisfaction.

·       Change Management:  Develop tailored change management strategies that consider the client’s environment, stakeholder needs, and desired future state. Oversee the analysis of change impacts and stakeholder effects resulting from transformation initiatives.
