At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. The HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Additionally, this role will help develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews for hourly leveled openings
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Design job postings to post on social media platforms
- Foster relationships with local universities/career programs and manage the internship program
- Manage travel and expense reimbursements for the HR Department
- Organize/manage travel arrangements for the HR Department
- Support the Sr. HR manager with onboarding process and procedures
- Complete File Audits & maintain Talent Acquisition department candidate files
- Review and maintain all job postings to ensure properly formatted
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/related field or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities
