This immersive experience offers talented students—whether pursuing their undergraduate or master's —a unique opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of risk management and insurance. Our program combines hands-on project work, insightful job shadowing, and dedicated professional guidance to provide a comprehensive understanding of our industry and jumpstart your career in this growing field.

What You'll Do
 

Project Work

Participate in short-term projects across various industries, including:

• Analyzing client acquisition and retention lifecycles
• Developing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
• Conducting industry and product benchmarking
• Performing claims analysis
• Creating internal and external presentations
   

Job Shadowing

Observe and learn from experienced professionals during internal and external meetings, including client stewardship, carrier negotiations, and strategy sessions.
 

Mentorship

Benefit from one-on-one guidance to develop critical skills such as:

• Decision-making and problem-solving
• Leadership and client service

What You Need
 

We are seeking candidates who are:

• Interested in pursuing a career in risk management and insurance
• Sophomore or Junior on track to graduate Winter 2025 or Spring 2026
• Excellent communicators, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Detail-oriented and adaptable team players
