This year, we have expanded beyond HCP365 with additional Analytics offerings under the Signal business.The Signal Team supports a range of customers including pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, medical device companies, their agencies and other strategic partners, enabling them to better understand and optimize how they reach healthcare professionals.The RoleThe Signal Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing use of the HCP365 platform following the sales process.This role sits at the center of the customer lifecycle and partners closely with Sales, Product, Data and Operations teams, and clients to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, drive platform engagement, and ensure long-term client success.Account Managers guide customers through implementation, training, and ongoing strategic support while serving as a trusted advisor on how to leverage Signal insights and data to improve healthcare professional engagement strategies.The ideal candidate is client-focused, technically curious, and comfortable presenting complex analytics and technology to a variety of stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and media teams.What You’ll Do In A Nutshell:

What This Means:Account Managers own the client experience following the sales process and ensure successful adoption and long-term partnership. We play a key role in ensuring clients understand why they are using Signal Solutions and how it will drive measurable outcomes for their business. We are directly responsible for managing the success and value that clients derive from working with us throughout the entire post-sale lifecycle. Responsibilities include:
  • Independently own a book of business and lead client kick-off sessions to align on goals, stakeholders, KPIs, and implementation timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and manage client relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Deliver onboarding sessions and platform training on HCP365 dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics features.
  • Help clients apply HCP365 insights to improve marketing performance and campaign strategy.
  • Coordinate technical implementation, including pixel tagging timelines, pixel deployment, troubleshooting and platform integrations.
  • Support QA and data validation to ensure accurate tracking and alignment with client analytics platforms.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement through regular check-ins, insights, and product updates.
  • Monitor account health, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals with the Sales team.
